AboutChehalis, WA

Hi, I’m Bret.

I help small businesses show up with confidence online, and I help agency teams get defined work out the door. The robots help with morale.

The human behind the robots

Programmer by training. Problem-solver by habit.

My background is in software application programming, and I’ve spent years building, fixing and looking after websites for local businesses and organizations.

My work includes WordPress design and consultant-profile workflows for a national consulting firm, website care for a lakeside park, and campaign design for an electrical contractor and a local school. When a project calls for specialist development, I coordinate that work. You work directly with me, from the first conversation to the final hand-off.

The name is the whole idea. Your business is already good at something. Your website should make that obvious to the people looking for it.

Max

The lead mascot and guide for Maximized Talent. Part tour guide, full-time optimist. Max points visitors to the right starting point and never gets tired of saying hello.

Finding your starting point

Max and the crew are mascots. They don’t chat, answer email or write code. Bret does all of that.

How I work

Plain English. Clear scope. Your name on everything.

01

You talk to the person doing the work

No account managers or hand-offs. The person you email is the person designing and building your site.

02

Scope first, then work

A written scope and fixed quote before anything starts, so you always know what you’re getting.

03

You own it

Domain, hosting, content and logins stay in your name. You’re never locked in.

04

Honest work, honestly shown

The projects on this site are described as they are, including the concept that never launched.

Your next move

Let’s talk about your website.

Tell me what’s working, what isn’t and what you’d like to change.
